Over the last couple of months we’ve had many conversations with HR leaders who are working incredibly hard to support their people and companies through this time.

Whilst many of us are maintaining our ‘swan-like presence’ for our Zoom meetings, beneath the water we’re paddling like crazy as the speed and frequency of change can be hard to keep up with.
