Mastering internal communications is tough. Coming up with ideas, measuring success and keeping your employees (and your boss!) happy can be hard to navigate. But along the way, I've picked up a thing or two that I hope can be helpful in your own journey.

Each month, I'll share some of my top tips and comms tricks on CatComms TV. I'm eager to hear what you think of this new format, so let the team know how you're feeling on Twitter (@RewardGateway) or on Facebook. I'm looking forward to seeing you back here!

This month, I've got a five-minute look at some of my top tips for improving internal communications in a global workforce. Working to connect offices in five different countries can be a real challenge at times, and since I've taken on internal communications, I've had to be creative in how I navigate employee communications. There's one particular piece that we've set in motion that helps — our quarterly all-hands meeting. In this video, I'll show you how to kick yours off and even provide a template to help you focus.

The massive change that helped connect our global workforce:

And what about that template for the presenters I was talking about?

Download it below (and don't forget to customise it with your own special spin — and branding!).

Stay tuned for my next video, and more guides to help you become a comms champion at your own organisation...

And don't forget to tell me what you want to see next. Just let me know in the comments below.
