When it comes to internal communications, there can be a reputation that they're, well, a bit dull. And though I have loads of tips and comms tricks to make your employee communications shine, there's one that stands out for me 24/7, and that's to put your culture where your (internal) comms (communications, as my U.S. coworkers tend to say) are. It's not as difficult as you might think.
