When faced with an ever-changing situation, employers need to be more conscious than ever of taking steps to build trust with their employees. This is especially true as we navigate the new world of the COVID-19 pandemic, where many employees are either working remotely (and never have before) or in a high-stress environment on the front lines. 

In our recent webinar, we shared stories and practical tips on how employers can connect, support and recognise their people during times of uncertainty. I was delighted to moderate the conversation and there were a variety of perspectives, including our CEO Doug Butler, our Group HR Director Robert Hicks, our SVP Global Consultancy, Kylie Green and our Global Head of Engagement and Internal Communications Catrin Lewis.
